Rebuilding Hope, Rebuilding Homes, Rebuilding Lives

At Let’s Go Build, we gather servants of Yah; the Living Creator, to respond and serve the needs of our elders who are now widows. We accomplish this by organizing volunteers to come together to remodel homes (leaking roofs, faulty electrical, falling porches, etc.). We are asked to serve in this capacity by our maker and restore hope and plead (strive, fight, contend/ go to battle for) the fatherless and the widow. We encourage men (and volunteers) to use the gifts God has blessed us with to uplift the widow, the fatherless, and the most vulnerable in our communities.

Makabi Yashar brings with him decades of musical experience and spiritual leadership. From serving as a church musician to Minister of Music, Youth Pastor, and eventually a Senior Pastor, Makabi’s journey has been marked by service—but it was in 2021 that he walked away from religious tradition, only to be awakened by the Most High three years later.
Now reborn in spirit and purpose, Makabi reintroduces himself to the world under a new name, new sound, and renewed mission. A gifted songwriter, composer, producer, and audio engineer, Makabi made the courageous decision to remove his previous four albums from all platforms, choosing instead to build a catalog that aligns with the truth revealed to him by Yahuah.
“To be awakened by Yahuah is the highest honor of my life,” says Makabi.
“Every note I write, every lyric I sing, is a testimony to His mercy and His calling.”
Makabi Yashar is not only a man of music, but also a family man—proudly married to his wife LaShonda for 32 years, a father to four, and grandfather to five. His mission is clear:
to be a light to his family and community, teaching the ways of Yahuah and His son, Yahusha Ha’Mashiach.
